To empower high school and college students, as well as adults, with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive in the modern workforce. The Workforce Education and Development Committee connects individuals with educational resources, internships, apprenticeships, and training programs while supporting Gateway Chamber of Commerce member companies in cultivating a pipeline of skilled, motivated, and qualified workers.
